From sample request to final delivery — transparent, controllable and worry-free
Browse our website to find the products you need, click "Request Sample" and fill in your requirements. We will confirm the sample specifications with you within 24 hours.
Once the sample specifications are confirmed, our engineering team will start tooling immediately. Samples are shipped as soon as they are ready, with tracking numbers so you can stay updated.
Upon receiving the samples, you can test performance, appearance and compatibility. For special needs (colors, accessory combinations, etc.), we offer one-on-one solutions to lock in the final configuration.
After the plan is confirmed, a contract is signed and production begins. You can check progress and estimated delivery dates with your account manager at any time.
Once production is complete, both parties fulfill their obligations per the contract. We arrange packaging and shipment, providing packing lists, shipping documents and bills of lading to ensure smooth delivery.
