From foundation to takeoff, VEPO has been marching steadily toward a broader future
Guangdong VEPO Plastic Products Co., Ltd. was officially established in Baiyun District, Guangzhou. From the very beginning, the company owned a 10,000 sqm production plant with a team of about 30 people, focusing on the R&D and production of daily chemical packaging, laying a solid foundation for steady growth.
The company officially launched export trade, with South Korea as the first export market. This milestone marked the recognition of VEPO products in the international market and opened a window for future global expansion.
VEPO passed the ISO quality management system certification, establishing a standardized quality control system. Strict industry standards throughout the whole production process elevated product quality and management to a new level.
The company reached a key development milestone: large-scale introduction of fully-automated production equipment, expansion of the plant to 20,000 sqm, and a team of about 100 people. The automation upgrade significantly improved production efficiency and product consistency, providing a solid foundation for large-scale order delivery.
After more than a decade of development, VEPO has grown into a professional manufacturer with an annual capacity of 200 million pumps. With 14 fully-automated production lines, 353 multi-cavity precision molds and 50+ high-precision injection molding machines equipped with 5-axis robots, our products are exported to South Korea, Vietnam, Singapore and other Southeast Asian markets.
With stable quality and professional service, VEPO will continue to earn the trust of domestic and international customers and step onto a broader global stage.
